Hi I spoke with UC yesterday and they said there is a hold up with this form from the doctors,they haven't sent it back and is this the fault of my doctor not caring or delaying it,I know they are busy or is it me not giving them the right to use my information on form UC50,any help or advice would be great,many thanks girls /guys.

Sorry to hear there's been a hold up @london75. Have you managed to speak to your GP Surgery to see what the delay is about? If you give them a ring they might be able to tell you if there's a problem or whether they haven't had time yet. It might even hurry them along a bit too.0
