Hi, I've received my pip report. If the DWP go by the assessor then I'll be awarded standard on both. It confused me a bit because the daily living and mobility questions were mixed up and not separate. Also I believe the assessor was wrong on some questions as she put words in my mouth, sometimes I don't know what to say so just agree. So guess I'm asking if DWP usually agree with the assessor or not

The DWP decision maker will often follow the report. If you disagree with the decision then I would write up an Mandatory Reconsideration (MR). Though you need to wait until you get the decision before you can submit your MR.

Thank you, I will do that, my daughter and partner are going to write a letter explaining what they do for me as well0
