Adding injury to PIP?

Hello, I recently fell and have an ACL rupture and medial meniscus tear. I already receive daily living PIP but not mobility. Should I inform PIP about this injury? Will it trigger a reassessment?

    Sorry to state the obvious but has it affected your mobility to the point whereby you fit any of the descriptors for PIP?

    If so then I'd report it if you want a chance at the extra payments, but yes it will trigger a review

    Yes, but it probably won’t last more than 12 months.

    If this is an injury then you need to have had the difficulties for at least 3 months and expect it to last at least a further 9 months. You may struggle with the forward test on this. 

    Not only that, a worsening of condition doesn’t automatically entitle anyone to more points.
