LCWRA awarded from 07/12/2023 Relevant Period Applies this means there is a 91 day waiting period before the Element is eligible to be included in your award.
07 Dec 2023 to 07 March 2024 = 91 days plus one full Assessment Period with no waiting days.
The first Assessment Period to include the LCWRA Element is 14 March 2024 to 13 April 2024 Payment date 20 April 2024.

They are saying your first payment is 20th April and no LCWRA element is owed.
Can I just check what date exactly you provided your first fit note? if you're not sure then you can check through your journal and it will tell you the exact date.0
