stuck between having to get a job and not being able to commit to one

Hi, 
i have been diagnosed with seropostive palindromic arthritus and flare ups are unpredictable so getting a job is difficult due to abscence but this is not a recognised disability so I am stuck between having to get a job and not being able to commit to one
