Private education grant?

Hi all, our daughter (21 autism, complex learning difficulties ec...) currently gets private tution once a week for maths and English. We pay the first week of every month and we got the rest of money from a charity. That money runs out Feb half term so I am looking into getting some more funding. Does anyone know of anywhere that we might apply too? Many thanks.
