Pip questions in award letter don’t match what I gave

So I received my award notice to be told that I don’t qualify for pip.
The reasons it gave don’t match what I said.
For example, it says I don’t need pip because I can walk more than 200m. I can and I told them I can walk no more than 100m. It goes on like that throughout the whole list.

Just because you told them something it doesn't mean they will agree. What you need to do is tell them the reason why you can't complete that activity regularly and reliably.
Even if they agreed that you couldn't walk anymore than 100 metres, this wouldn't be enough of points for an award because it's only 4 points. Unless you're also claiming for mental health, cognitive or sensory impairment and then it maybe possible to score points for following and planning a journey.
If you disagree with the decision you can challenge it by first requesting the Mandatory Reconsideration. You should put this in writing, stating where and why you think you should have scored those points. Please do not ring to request it.0
