Claiming carers allowance

Hello,
I have just had my PIP renewed, stayed on enhanced daily and enhanced mobility. My daughter claims carers allowance for me. My daughter has just been awarded PIP herself, enhanced for both as well, due to mental health conditions. As I provide a lot of emotional support and encouragement and help with things like paperwork, money management, phone calls etc, can I claim carers allowance for her? I'm worried it might trigger another PIP review for myself if they think I can't care for her as I can't cook, wash or dress myself. But She doesn't need any physical help just a lot of prompting and encouragement. She helps me with physical stuff like cooking and housework as my issues are all mobility related.
Neither of us work, or claim any other benefits.
