Do I need to tell DWP my carer is claiming PIP and ESA?

Hi I need help so I claim pip and have a carer , he himself is claiming pip and esa is that okay or do I need to tell the dwp

It’s because I’ve heard all sorts , I just didn’t know if he could claim the carers allowance , the esa and pip at the same time you see0

Many people claim all three. I claim them as well because I also care for my daughter. Never had any issues.0

Yes the carers allowance is always deducted from Income Related ESA and then a carers premium is added to the ESA. Carers allowance is then paid as a separate payment.0
