Grandson diagnosed with aspergers - is there any help with this condition?

My grandson aged 16 has Aspergers Syndrome, is there any help with this condition ?

    yes, definitely-google/ring National Autisic Society stating your area and they will search their very complicated website and send you details of support groups/mentors in your area All the best.
