Experiences of using a wheelchair?

And I suppose I'm here's because right now - I am using crutches to get around, but I am pretty active and was wodnering if anyone has any experiences using a wheelchair as someone who I spoke kinda ambulant?
I've got a diagnosis of autism, and my neurologist has told me to assume atheoid cerebral palsy unless the next MRI disproves it. I'm 24.
