Hi, I was wondering wether I send any further evidence to the dwp or to the tribunal or both, so I'm at the stage of before my hearing is booked but also before dwp have sent me my bundle, I had email that they had replied to courts a day before the date given for them to reply so I think maybe bundle will be sent out this week maybe.

You would need to send any extra evidence to the Tribunal. They will then send copies to DWP. Now they've responded you should receive the bundle soon.0

Thankyou, and I've been going through my medical records and downloaded all the referral letters from drs to psychiatrists , some dating back to when I was young, do you think if I printed them off they would be classed as evidence , I've also took screenshots of consultations where it says I've had to be off work due to panick attacks and also didn't finish high-school because of my mental health , would it be worth printing any of that off and sending it x0
