Hi @Amelualilly, welcome to our community
I have heard of this condition but I don't know anyone in person who has it. I know it can really affect day to day life.
How is your daughter doing?
If it has affected her day to day life, there are places of support and benefits she could be entitled to.0 -
thanks so much for that, at the moment she’s not doing bad, just a lot of uncertainty at the moment about the condition.0

It took me a long time to figure out my Crohns if that makes any sense. They aren't similar conditions but I feel like there are similarities around figuring out how you are affected. What are the things that you want to do that are now affected? What are limitations due to inaccessibility?
It can be a difficult time, I really struggled with it for a while, but I eventually managed to figure out how to live with Crohn's and where I could adapt things myself if needs be.
If her day to day life is heavily affected I would suggest looking at PIP if you have not already. It's not mean-tested, it's just about how affected day to day living is. It can help with the extra costs that comes with being disabled.0
