Fourth of May be with you.
Wait, May the fourth be with you. There, that's better!
Today people all around the world are getting their geek on and showing their love to one of the biggest movie franchises out there, Star Wars!
Be you a Trandoshian or a Twi'lek, Hutt or Human, there's so many species out there in the Star Wars universe and there's something for everyone. From movies to mugs, Lego to LARPing, it's been such a huge part of so many peoples' childhoods and lives on into their adult lives.
Here's a few of the teams fave Star Wars pieces.

Adrian went to see an exhibition of the various droids in Star Wars, with three different Grogu!

Jimm has this fantastic Star Wars Celebration piece of memorabilia, even signed by the fuzzyboi himself, Chewbacca! I'm a bit jealous.

And here's one of my prized Star Wars collectables. A limited edition statue of Darth Malgus, from the PC game The Old Republic. I was fortunate enough to win tickets to the games' launch and got to meet the great Warwick Davis, who is best known for playing Wicket in Return of the Jedi, but has since played multiple other roles.
I also have a star wars inspired tattoo, but it's old and faded now, so I wont post that.
Are you a Star Wars fan? Do you collect any Star Wars bits and bobs? What's your favourite Star Wars movie? Let's get talking!

I know the back button is generally the better option than posting something negative when a topic doesn’t interest you but I think Star Wars seems like so popular that it’s almost noteworthy to mention I’ve genuinely never watched it
What’s more I’m kind of semi nerdy as well, like I’m into some of the other things that Star Wars fans often like, like fantasy games
That makes me want to ask … why do people often lump sci-fi in with fantasy as a genre? Swords and magic compared to science fiction seems like chalk and cheese to me

Don't worry @66Mustang I know a few people who've never seen it and have no urge to see it either. |Not everyone has to like everything. Heck, I've never seen Titanic, it's just not my thing.
I think it's very easy to lump Swords and Sorcery in with Sci-fi as one genre, but I do agree it's very lazy, they're literally worlds apart!
