Hello everyone, I just got this text and am feeling rather anxious. Does this look like they are currently looking at my claim? How long does this usually take? Thank you

    It means exactly what it says "they are looking at your claim" if this is a first time claim it could be anything up to a few months. 

    If it's a review of an existing claim then it could be several months, maybe longer. Either way, most people have assessments.
