Need some reassurance please

I completed my PIP review form last November and now I'm really worried I missed out or didn't give enough information on all my struggles. I know that everyone will probably have these thoughts... 'I should have put that or this'. I have had PIP for ten years for bipolar but recently ive been diagnosed with CRPS in my ankle so this review I tried to include how difficult my life is now with hardly being able to walk along with bipolar difficulties. I've read back my review form and I dont think I put enough info about my bipolar as I did my crps because at the moment the crps is more debilitating.. When it comes to preparing food I stated I need encouragement when depressed because I won't eat or drink but I also can't stand at all to cook or prepare food because my ankle is so painful, swells and feels detached from my body and I can't carry food or drink or keep my ankle down for enough time to prepare food as I feel dizzy and sick with the pain. Family bring me my food and drink. I'm probably worrying over nothing but I feel sick with worry. Bathing I put I need encouragement when depressed because I won't wash for days but I also can't get in and out of the bath or shower without help as I've slipped and I can't stand to wash for long or reach my feet because I'm so unsteady and in too much pain. Will I be able to appeal and does it give you a chance to try to explain better if what you have done is not enough. I have trouble explaining myself on paper, I'm better with direct questions face to face. Do my descriptions give enough detail

Have you had an assessment yet because that will give you more opportunity to express how your conditions affect you.

No, I've only ever had 2 assessments. I keep getting messages saying we are still processing your review. I'm becoming obsessed and it's getting me down thinking about it0

Heya @Broreb1981 I can totally empathise. I've been going through my PIP review since last February and I keep thinking I've forgotten something, or could've worded things better. I finally had my assessment about a month ago now, so there can be a long wait. I suggest writing down things as bullet points as you remember them, then when it comes to assessment time, you'll have everything already there and ready to mention.0
