I've recently applied for pip for my 16 Yr old son. He has Autism and possibly ADHD. struggles terribly with his mental health. Am his appointee so maybe they havnt given us an assessment. I sent forms back 3rd March. Then yesterday they phoned unexpected and asked me some questions. She went on to say she will complete her report, what does that mean? No assessment?
Confused 😕

It sounds like the assessor has done a paper based assessment.0

That good or bad? X

I'd like to say it's a good thing but that's not always the case now unfortunately. We have had some members recently who were refused after a paper based assessment BUT this doesn't mean this will happen here. Mostly, it's not a bad thing to have a paper based assessment.1
