Work and lcwra

Hi, I posted before about being awarded lcwra and I have been handing sick notes into my jobs. 1 of my jobs now wants to do a work welfare meeting, I won't be able to tell them when I am returning to work as I am still waiting for further tests at the hospital. I haven't told either of my employers that I have been awarded lcwra, is it now time to tell them, do I have to tell them at the meeting. Thank you for any help
