Hi
I'm hoping for some help/advice on pip please
My review form needed to be put in by 5th August 2023 which I done
I've just not had a update until last week I received a letter saying due to the backlog and my review still not been assessed they have extended my pip until June next year to which by then my form should of been assessed
If I'm warded the full award this time will the money be backdated?
Regards

There are extremely long delays with review decisions.
If this was a review started by DWP and you’re successfully award, if it a higher award than you currently have usually they do not owe any money. The extra money is paid from the date of the decision.
If you rang to report changes and they sent you form then a higher award would mean it’s paid from the date you rang.
However, due to the delays with review decisions a decision maker will use their own discretion and will sometimes award from an earlier date but not always.
