Hiya I am wounding what kind of grants and lones I Cound get being on pip and universe credit

You could try Age Concern or Citizens Advice. However these are three areas to start you off. a) Attendance Allowance b) Council Tax reduction c) Housing Allowance.
How to deal with these can be found o the Gov.uk website.

Attendance Allowance is a disability benefit for those of state pension age and above. Rosey claims PIP so AA would not apply to them anyway. For those of state pension age and above, if they are claiming either PIP or DLA then a claim for AA would end those benefits and AA does not have a mobility part.
Housing would be covered in with their Universal Credit, if they have liability to pay rent.
What specifically do you want a grant for? For loans then use a google search but whether it's possible will depend on your circumstances.
