Step daughter still in wrag despite having severe disabilities

My step daughter is 26 years old and has recently come into our lives after finding out a lot of what her mum said against her dad was out & out lies. She’s living in an assisted living centre as she has mid line autism as well as a lot of other medical issues ( due to being born at 26 weeks and suffering a brain bleed.) She is also possibly going through gender swap, (not sure cause she’s so mixed up). She needs a lot of help when it comes to dealing with people she doesn’t know, which she has only been getting since her dad & i came into her life. However the job centre in their infinite wisdom, has decided that she can work. We’re trying to get her on to the support part of UC but we’re being given the run around by them. She had been putting in regular fit notes but had to change her doctors, her new doctor refused to issue one initially until she spoke to the senior partner, however due to her not supplying a sick note they stopped her appeal to transfer her over and has been told that she needs to look for work as well as going to her job centre appointments or face being sanctioned. What can be done to help her as all of this plus other problems in her life are driving her into having a melt down.

When found to have Limited capability for work (LCW) you are not expected to look for work but maybe expected to attend appointments to prepare to work in the future but it will depend on your claimant commitments.
When was the decision made on her work capability assessment? Was it within the last 13 months?

that is the problem she’s not in LCW we’re trying to get her onto it.

You said she's in the WRAG, which refers to ESA. LCW is the same as that but refers to UC. Support Group for ESA is the same as LCWRA for UC.
When was the decision made?
