Message on UC journal saying about a UC review

hello I can’t stop worrying I’ve had a message in my uc journal saying someone will call me this week for a uc review and I may need to provide some things I’m just wondering why I’ve never had this I feel physically sick

A few of our members have reported receiving similar messages. UC regularly do compliance checks and these are usually at random. They might ask you to confirm your living arrangements and occasionally ask to see bank statements.
