Any groups in Bearwood Smethwick?

Hi, I'm Ellenk, I moved into Bearwood Smethwick last August but still have no friends as I suffer from Depression and Anxiety, I find it hard making new friends. Also I have Osteo-arthritis and degenerative disc disease in my lower spine, which prevents me from doing a lot of things. Could anyone tell me if there are groups in my area that I would feel comfortable in.

    Hi @ellenk - have you looked on meetup.com? I've just had a look and there are lots of things around Smethwick, in a ten mile radius, though I don't know how far you're able to travel (you can have a look at the page here)

    I do not drive and because I have Osteo-arthritis of the spine and hips, I cannot walk far, Also it would have to be a group that has knowledge of disabilities etc, thank you for your response.
