Lcfwra.

Ive finally been transferred from lcfw to lcfwra. They dated from when I got decision so no back pay. Also when I asked for a copy of assessment I was told because I'm now lcfwra I cannot have a copy. Anyone else experiencing this

Was the review started by UC? Or did you report a change of health condition, supported by fit notes that prompted them to refer you?
Yes, you can receive a copy of the report, thereโs no rules against this, regardless of what the decision was.

Heya @elaine44 and welcome to the community. ๐
As Poppy has rightfully said, you can ask for a copy of your report at any time, there's no rules saying you can only ask for it before a decision. I can see Poppy is already helping you, but I just wanted to pop in and say a quick hello. ๐

Then the extra money is paid from the assessment period in which the decision was made.
They are incorrect about you not being entitled to the report.0
