hi my partner has court Tuesday for something that happened before she was awarded high mobility she may face a couple months in prison what will happen to her motablity car thanks

PIP will be suspended if in prison for more than 28 days. If it stops then the motability vehicle will need to be returned. https://www.gov.uk/benefits-and-prison/benefits-that-stop-or-are-suspended

Hi @kay1997xx, first of all welcome to the community. The court may want to hear the financial difficulties she could be put under when considering the outcome, if it ends up in that direction.
