Does anyone have problems using a powerchair with lithium battery in cold frosty weather?

Lithium batteries can have issues in below-freezing temperatures. Though they generally handle low-temperature better than older battery types.
I've heard some advice of letting the device sit idle for a little bit, giving the battery time to warm up before you start extracting more energy. Or trying to keep the device stored in a milder temperature if possible. I am not sure how true these are but I will try to look information up!
Are you just curious or are you currently having issues @MollieMoo?1 -

See manual for electric scooter with Li battery.
Always store and charge Li battery in home temp.
