I am quite sure Poppy is not offended @Catherine21. I understand it's very stressful dealing with all this being so up in the air. But do remember that the PIP proposals are just that, a proposal. A proposal by a party that may not be in government at the end of next week.

it’s a very stressful time to go through but the main thing is they have it so try and relax a little until they get back in touch. I always worry I’ve left loads out of the forms but I’d honestly not over stress, so once they review it they will sort an assessment out more than likely.

Sorry Catherine, I only just seen your thread. You didn't offend me so please don't worry about that.
For your PIP review form you should receive that within the next couple of weeks. Please make sure you treat it as a new claim, even if there's been no changes to your conditions. Please do not just write no change and nothing else. Try to give as much relevant information as possible because the more you give, the less chance you have of having an assessment.
Don't forget to also include a couple of real world examples of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each descriptor that applies to you. Adding detailed information such as, where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were.
If you need extra time to return it then you can contact PIP and ask and they will give an extra 2 weeks. Please also be aware that waiting times for review decisions are incredibly long. Some are waiting longer than 1 year. Your PIP will continue until a decision is made on the review. If the decision hasn't been made a few weeks before your award is due to end they will extend the award for 1 year and send you a letter advising you of this.
