Thanks, that's an interesting read. Although different to what I was referring to, which was the SDP and EDP when transferring from some legacy benefits.
That link refers to being worse off in the longer term after TP has eroded. I'm actually one of those because my ESA also includes both disability premiums. For me, it's actually worse because I also claim carers allowance and when I move to UC the carers element won't be included due to having LCWRA.
I may give advice on the law regarding benefits but in no way does it mean I agree with all of those laws, far from it.

I they need to speed up the reviews to do this, I joined benefit and work and get the newsletter, it's saying pip reviews are taking months to years to get through the back log it's ridiculous

From what I been reading or guessing is they will start with backlog of claimants applying for esa it's already been setup by tories workwell scheme tighten criteria leave safeguarding question out as can work from home !! 2026 2027 start with existing claimants on esa then move towards pip as the only health benefit what do people think am I looking to deep

Easy way to cut down costs one benefit will end up being pip let's be honest they want to stop disability benefits full stop just let's us know !!!!

Is this right say you wait a year for your review and they offer you lower than you originally had to you have to payback that year of extra money hope makes sense

No matter how much I disagree with some politicians and their policies, the key tenet of politics in the UK is being answerable to the electorate. Not wanting to answer questions from a voter gives a very negative impression of how Farage intends to see or treat democracy going forwards.
