So whoever on lcw lwrca will be OK for a short period until cleared backlog then will be assessed under new WCA rules or they could faze out completely and have pip as main heath benefit where you literally have to be decapitated to get so we probley got couple years hopefully people fight them in court hope lady called Ellen clifford will still take to judicial court over WCA changes which 100 percent labour will go with so if anyone's health really bad and on lwc look at lwcra to do now before rules change this is only my opinion

Hi everyone,
This is a really interesting discussion. While I appreciate that there's a lot of anxiety and uncertainty about this issue, it's important to try and remember that constant speculation isn't always helpful and can cause a lot of worry for others.
Until the new government announce anything solid there's not much any of us can do but guess. In the meantime, I'd encourage us all to try not to worry about it and you can always read Scope's manifesto and what we'll be encouraging parliament to focus on.

Well,… this is what I have heard (not sure if totally true or not) - the "source" is quite a good one though - The DWP may not all be in work themselves soon! We will find out in August. They are cost cutting.
Many pages back I mentioned I have been waiting a long time for some "help". I was promised this and that and passed around many times etc.. This is becoming a right farce and I am not getting any help again. I don't think I am ever going to get any help.

Cost cutting and putting migration forward I think it's at breaking point
