HOLD Scheme in Wales?

Does anyone know if the HOLD scheme is available in Wales and can point me towards contacts , I get conflicting info from Google

    Hello roundabout123 and welcome to Scope.

    The HOLD scheme is definitely available in England, but I'm not certain about its availability in Wales. It would be best to contact your local authority for accurate information. They should be able to tell you whether this scheme, or something similar, is offered in Wales.
