Hi, my name is Clive831! Assessment cut short due to bad phone signal. Will this hinder my claim?
I just had my phone assessment ( which lasted about 3/4 minutes ) which was cut short, due to having a bad signal.
The lady who rang me ( 3 times ) informed me that not having a full telephone assessment would not hinder my claim.....is she telling the truth ?

It's not your fault the signal was bad. If they want more information they will contact you. It doesn't mean anything other than the assessment didn't continue due to bad signal. I don't think there's any definition of a full assessment anyway. They all vary in length from 20 to 120 minutes, sometimes longer.

Hey there @Clive831 and welcome to the community.
I can see Poppy is already poised to help you out with your questions, so I'll try not to get in the way. I just wanted to pop in and say a quick hi. As Poppy has said, if they feel they have all the information needed, they'll continue with your claim, if not, they'll give you a call back. Will you let us know how you get on please?
