Hi @dbatts, welcome to the community. Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your daughter's PIP. Is it only PIP that you or your family are claiming, or are you on any other benefits?

Did you tell PIP that you were going abroad for 30 days before you went? It's important to tell them if you are going away for longer than four weeks (usually 28 days), so that may be why they have stopped it, but it's difficult to know.

I believe you can go away for up to 13 weeks per year and still be eligible for PIP, but it's still important to tell them if you're going away.

Have you tried calling the PIP enquiries line to see if they can clear things up for you?

    PIP enquiry line:
    Telephone: 0800 121 4433
    Textphone: 0800 121 4493

I'll put your post into our PIP section, hopefully some of our members have been through similar experiences and can share their advice 😊

13 weeks at anyone time is the maximum time, unless it's for medical treatment. If any of you are claiming any other benefits then the time abroad will be different.

There’s no amount of time you need to wait between each holiday.
