I haven't used discussion forums before. I have been waiting just over 3 months and still waiting for my ADP review decision. They say its okay you still get paid but want motability car and can't get

    Hey there @BM65 and welcome to the community.

    Wait times can vary quite a lot with benefits, though I'm afraid I don't know the average wait time for ADP reviews. If it's anything like PIP, then no you wont be able to access motability until the review has been completed.

    Thank you. I've been used to the nightmare of PIP for many years but got t/f to ADP in Feb then review. It's nervewracking waiting

    If you’re an existing motability customer you do not have to have at least 12 months remaining on your award to place another order for a vehicle.

    Thanks Poppy 123466 but I'm not I'm afraid. Until now I've not considered myself fit enough to drive in a safe and responsible way due to medication. So I will just have to wait.
