anyone had a tribunal by phone any advice much appreciated thank you

    I had a PIP tribunal by phone in April 2021. It was a relaxed meeting and I was put at ease. I think the phone meeting lasted about 30 to 40 minutes. A judge presided with a doctor asking medical questions.

    Medical evidence was introduced which I updated verbally having had a hospital admission for heart problems in the

    I found it a very easy process which ended with me being awarded PIP.

    Hey @lilybruno, I had a PIP call assessment late last year. It was okay, they had to change who was doing it last minute for some reason so it was a little late but they kept me informed. They then went through the assessment questions, it did feel a bit like they were rushing me at time. They may ask questions that give scenarios that don't cover everyway your condition affects you. So you may want a list to ensure you've covered everyway your condition affects you so you can say so at the end, with examples of how it affects you.
