I always read through here looking for ideas👍 If I eat anymore chicken I'll start laying eggs!!! Jacket potato with tuna and cheese, yum! Got to microwave and then put that potato in the oven, love a crispy skin @Sandy_123

@onedayatatime can't beat a crisp jacket potato, best ones are on the markets in those black ovens. You could also boil it, then crisp it up. That's what I do with my roast potatoes.

That sounds lovely, I sometimes toast whole spices before I use them but half the time I accidentally burn them and have to start over again 🤣

They only need about 30 seconds @Jimm_Scope just to get the flavour picture of my efforts lol

I know but I always leave them on a little too long and the burn so fast 😋
They do taste lovely toasted though.

Ive got leeks I need to use up so might soup one

the soup is nice celery, carrots, leeks, garlic bit of chilly for heat and turmeric as its good for you all blended and topped with black pepper
