Morning @Dann and a warm welcome to the community. 🙂
Would you like to tell us a little bit about yourself?

Morning Adrian,
Certainly. Me, is my favourite subject ;)
I have been working since last November as a Head Sommelier and my jobs were always related to wine. I had mental and behavioural issues, probably, all my life but I was not aware of it. It's been hidden under the extreme situations around me, I guess( army, wars, edgy jobs..a lots of violence) My health deteriorated with age, and I was first diagnosed with clinical depression, it is an ongoing thing with other conditions I try to cope.
I joined the Community because I lacked experience and legal support in my situation. Within a few minutes, it became clear to me how big the problem is that people with disadvantages face. I was not feeling right just from the amount of suffering people were expressing here, so I decided to come back to the forum more prepared.
At the same time, I feel enormous admiration for a few of you who are ready to jump on any word help or sign of distress in people. To me, that is overwhelming and pure good.
Back to me:).
I decided to do some research next week here at the forum if I feel right, and than if I do not see any similar issues with my daily living and solutions, I will ask for advice from the community.
These were my first thoughts, and I did not even start🙂.

Hi @Dann,
Wow, it sounds like you've had quite the journey! Joining this community for support is definitely a smart move. I'm always impressed by how empathetic and ready to help everyone is here.
Doing some research first is a great idea, but if you don't find what you need, don’t hesitate to ask. We're all here to support each other.
Looking forward to hearing more from you!
