Oh sorry I write as I think no noting yet I'm just rethinking about pip and wca what will happen in future

The one's put forward by the Tories that resulted in the green paper consultation regarding pip payments being scrapped the proposal of a catologue/voucher scheme instead.
Labour and the dwp are looking at the responses and we will be probably know what will be decided on 30th October, Labour's autumn budget statement.

It's a new government, they need time to work things through & nothing will happen, if anything will, for a good while. I choose not to watch or read news as most of the time it is opinions & scaremongering. Plus, I would rather not waste a worry on something that is totally out of my control. I concentrate on things that I can do something about or work through.

Sorry to hear you're still struggling there @Catherine21 I can totally understand the anxiety and how it creeps in.
Other than reminding myself that a past governments ideas aren't facts, I just try to keep myself occupied on literally anything else. So TV shows, painting, any hobby that can really drag your mind away from the daily issues. It can be really tough work, but you've been doing so well at staying grounded recently. You got this!

An excellent choice there @Catherine21 I've been watching Alone, because whenever I get overwhelmed by anything, I can just think to myself "Well at least I'm not stuck in a hut made of twigs, with loads of bears closeby." That usually snaps me back. 😆
JessieJ put it very well, it's things that are out of our control, so it's best to try and put those thoughts to one side. We'll find out when we find out and the disabled community is certainly not taking things lying down this time. 😁
I'm really glad you got a personal reply with a case number, I think that shows that they're listening. 😊0 -
But there are around 3 + million of us claiming disability benefits.
I feel it could have had a lot more respondents to something so crucial.
