Going to university as a wheelchair user

Hi

I'm the mum of a 21 year old who is a wheelchair user and when he was looking for information about going away to university, we couldn't find that much.     UK GOV wants disabled people to work, but why doesn't it provide students with affordable housing while studying?
    The student should not find out whether there is affordable housing there, it should be by default.

    My son was lucky- his accommodation dropped the price to match standard room prices but yes due to being bigger disabled Student rooms are often pricier - another disadvantage but Snowden trust good to cover extra expense
