Pip update. Would losing my toe put me on the top pip rate?

hi I am on the lowest amount of pip. I recently had my left toe amputated due to diabetes.
I also have recovered from pancreatitis caused by steroids(prednisolone)
Would losing my toe put me on the top pip rate?

No, not automatically. It will depend on how your conditions affect you. If you report changes you will receive another form to fill in and return with all your information and supporting evidence. Another assessment is most likely because most have them.
Once a decision is made your award could either remain the same, be increased or stopped completely.

do you know the chances of losing pip?

You can see all the stats here.
You need to look at the PIP descriptors to see if it's possible to score more points needed for a higher award. You mention the lowest amount but there's 2 parts to PIP, daily living and mobility.
I'd also advise having a read of this because it will give you more understanding of the descriptors and what they mean.
