Pip and cost of living payments

Hi, I'm new to this group and this is my first post, I applied for pip last August 2023,after being declined twice I took it to tribunal and was awarded pip and was due 12 months back pay which has gone into my bank this morning,the question I'm asking is am I entitled to the cost of living payments as well thank you

That's great news. For the cost of living payments there was only one payment for disability benefits in 2023 which was £150 and this was paid between 20th June and 4th July 2023.
The qualifying criteria for that was you must have received a payment of PIP, or later received a payment (or any other disability benefit) for 1st April 2023.
As your PIP award didn't start until August 2023 this is outside of the qualifying date so unfortunately you are not entitled to that payment. See link.
