education access research

I'm researching access to education for children with CP in the late 1960s and early 70s, particularly physically disabled children with normal intelligence. I'd like to be in touch with people who went to school during that time, or who are knowledgeable about the system during that period. If you can help please respond and I'll send some specific questions!
