ESA Credits to UC. Can my award start from an earlier date of when I was on ESA Credits?

I was on ESA Credits.

I claimed UC. ESA Credits Closed.

I attended a Work Capability Assessment .

I was awarded LCWRA on UC and have to serve the relevant period.

I gave fit notes throughout my ESA Credits Claim. Can my award start from an earlier date of when I was on ESA Credits?

    What date exactly did you claim ESA?

    I think around 3 months before i claimed UC

    I think but I'm not 100% certain that the waiting period will include the time that you claimed ESA. However, as it was a NI credits only claim I'm unsure if that applies here. I'd advise you to get some expert advice. Before you do that it would be helpful to find out exactly what date you claimed ESA.
