    Hi Bam Thank you I'm new to scope and I'm not sure what help Scope can offer about two years ago I was migrated from Incapacty to ESA I went trough the Assessment stage and then found I wasn't awarded any points so I went to Tribunal and won but just like most people I feel the DWP persecute you until they get the result they want But unlike David Cameron I'm not a quitter

    Welcome to the community. Great to hear that you were successful at tribunal!

    You'll find many people on here who are going through or have gone through the same thing in our ESA and PIP categories:

    Do you have any advice you would share for others going through the process?

    My only advice to anybody facing Assessment for ESA or PIP is no matter what the outcome is never give up
