That all sounds so interesting. What kind of music do you like to sing with your choirs?
I used to be in a choir before covid, I'm hoping to get back into it later this year if I can. Always feels so good to sing with other people 😊

I lead two choirs, the one for people with mental distress covers contemporary pop and jazz, the dementia choir do vintage songs from the 50’s-80’s.
Apart from the socialisation aspect, singing improves breathing and confidence levels in daily life. So as a singer, I would encourage you to take up choir singing again (of course..) 🙂🎹🎼
