Hi everyone,
I have a question, if you have any information, comment, please.
I received the form ESA(UC capablity for for questionnaire)for the 2n time (after 2 years ago re-assessment my heath), and now it's been about 4 months and I still haven't received a letter or E-mail or call for Face to face or call assessment. I have meet my jobcentre every 3 months and today I received an email that I should be there around October 20. I think this is normal, but why has it taken four months and I have not received any result of my UC ESA application ? Merci0 -
It's perfectly normal to wait thing long for a decision on your WCA review. There are delays with these and you could be waiting several months or more.
Sorry I don't know what you mean by "you received an email that you should be there around October 20" Do you mean you have an appointment at you local job centre on this date?

Don't believe a word of what that paper says. I haven't even clicked the link but I imagine it's some scaremongering story? If it's about the UC and PIP assessment merging into one, this is WRONG, they are just being done by the same company but will still be separate assessments.

I think from Sep 7 2024 , they will send letter , they changed assessment company, for example, Serco cover South West England and South Central England and Ingeus cover South East England, London and East Anglia. All the providers offer face-to-face, video and telephone assessments. The DWP say that if you have received a letter from your previous provider with an appointment date after 7 September, you should follow the instructions on your letter and attend your appointment.
