DWP have decided that I am no longer Autistic

I recently had to go through a PIP review. Previously I was on the Enhanced rate of Daily Living. They have now decided I am not entitled at all.
They decided that due to the fact, I was so unable to take my medication properly that I am currently not on it, that that means I do not require help taking medication. They decided that as I could make food in a microwave, I scored no points in making food. They decided that I don't have a formal Autism diagnosis for some reason despite having one. They also decided that I do not need assistance with communication, which seeing as they somehow concluded that I somehow no longer have an Autism diagnosis, this can't be right.
I am down about £400 a month, I can't afford to survive now.

I'm really sorry to read this @dantelloyd. We have some information on our website about challenging a benefit decision, the first stage of this is to request a mandatory reconsideration.
Please let us know if you have any questions.

I also have been through this with my Daughter. Now because I have asked for a Tribunal to bring the Assessor who wrote the report and the Decision Maker who used the report to appear in a Tribunal to explain how there was no medical input there for she is FIXED, I sent in the FOI in February 2023, and the Tribunal wanted me to Scan the documents to be used in support which were already on file. So I said the last time it cost me £78 to send registered post, so I sent to the Tribunal a 4 Page top to toe diagnosis. The Tribunal also wanted to see the Medical History so in the first instance I sent the first 99 PAGES which only went back 4 years, and then sent the whole 442 page Medical History downloaded from her surgery to them, before they realised that I was sending in Information but the DWP were not and asked for an extention.
Since that, the DWP are now trying to stop going to a Tribunal and have refused there offer as I stated the only way to stop these suspect assessments is to have them show how they arrived at their decisions, and have tried to contact the court to say they have revised their decision and so the case can now lapse. Sorry guys, I already have had 3 refusals for having the tribunal, giving the DWP further time to send in information, and they didn't bother sending in anything, now since UC, have already seen the assessment report from DWP reinstated the claim 5 days ago.
I always say do not accept any "eleventh hour" settlements since you are asking them to produce what reports were used to remove or reduce your claim for benefits. The Tribunal will see fair play on both sides, but you have to remember who are supposed to be the experts as they do this every day, and may lose one or two but they probably have 50 that don't complain because they don't know how to or have no support and give up.
