I have claimed universal credit as my migration notice date is ending soon everything went fine however I stated I was a carer, and I also ticked the box if I was receiving any other benefits a few there including income support, but then I got a message in journal saying benefits I am receiving carers allowance but nothing mentioned about income support, help much appreciated

You can add a note onto your journal stating that you get Income Support.
Often it isn't done automatically and it takes the departments a few weeks to talk to each other.

Aww thank u I rang helpline and told them and they said somebody would ring back by 16th September added to journel first impressions is this seams complicated

It can be tricky at first while everything gets settled, different DWP computer systems don't talk to each other, odd messages that don't necessarily apply to your claim get spat out by the UC system, however things do smooth out and get much easier.
