Hi,

I have a question about how to fill in my pip review form.

For question: prepare a meal - On my original form I said I needed an aid and gave lots of evidence for an aid.

They gave me 0 points.........

I did an MR and they then gave me 2 points for need an aid

I went to tribunal and they gave me 2 points for prompting

So, on my review form do I write:-

I still need and aid?
I need prompting?
I need both an aid and prompting?

Also, is it better to write on the form that the tribunal gave me 2 points for prompting? Or not say anything about the tribunal?

Thank you.

Thank you Biblioklept I will do that.

Also, on the other questions where the tribunal awarded me more than the dwp, is it best to write on each question what the tribunal awarded me? or does that "annoy" the dwp and so make them more likely to give you o points?

    Thank you

Hi @giveusaclue. I don't think it's necessary to write on how many points they gave you. I don't think it would make a difference either way. @Biblioklept has given some great advice there. Use their words to complete your answer and explain why you do need help with these things.
