Hi I am a full time carer, looking after my daughter with mental health problems!  :(

    Hi @pitchjan welcome to the community.  Take a look at the Parents and Carers category and also the mental health category.

    Are you getting any kind of support? MIND have some great resources that might be useful to you, also when I was in my local GP surgery yesterday I saw a poster for a local support group for parents and carers, I wonder if something like that would be helpful to you? It might be worth you checking what is available to you in your area.
