Sat in garden but want to go in. I have very low vitamin d and folic acid levels so am trying an hour in garden when it's nice.

I have just gone into the garden for a sit and a cup of tea.

Cleaned out the bird cage. Hoovered up the mess and then Hoovered the stairs . Having a few moments sitting down.
